Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At [WITHRMYMONEY], we sell 100% digital products that are delivered instantly after payment. Since digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, we follow the refund rules below:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is completed and the digital product has been delivered.

  • Since delivery is instant, order cancellation is not generally possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

✔️ The product was not delivered after successful payment

✔️ The download link provided is not working

✔️ The file is corrupted, damaged, or incomplete

✔️ The customer was charged twice by mistake

If any of the above applies, you can request a refund by contacting us.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

❌ The customer changed their mind

❌ The product was purchased by mistake

❌ The customer does not understand how to use the file

❌ The product was downloaded successfully

❌ The product is being requested for refund after being used

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us with:

  • Email used for purchase

  • Order ID

  • Reason for refund

  • Screenshots (if applicable)

5. Refund Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method

6. No Wallet or Recharge System

We do not offer:

  • Wallet balance

  • Recharge or top-up

  • Withdrawals

We only provide digital downloadable products, nothing else.
